I feel like all the recent bearish news and "small caps rotation" was just big money trying to stop retailers out and buy back at lower prices. Then sell off again in the future.
8:50 I think the sales, at the end of the day, means more than the pitch the ceo is giving that every thing is fine. If the consumer is pulling back, and everything is going on the credit card, with people working 2 jobs just to make it, there is no way this can continue to be sustainable. The consumer eventually fails, and eventually, businesses follow. I really don’t see how we avoid a recession. The biggest reason why it didn’t happen yet is due to the chips act and the inflation reduction act which has the government spending trillions.
AMD saw sales decline in all but the AI and CPU departments, don’t you think AMD is selling what customers couldn’t get filled by NVIDIA? (Dont get me wrong, massive AMD fan)

I set buy and sell orders at about minus and plus 7%. After an earnings call I typically come away with the same number of shares at a lower cost basis. Small bets only.
