You wanna bake some delicious cake but don't have an oven? No problem! Learn how to make this mouthwatering Vanilla Sponge Cake with nothing but a convection microwave.
I used a 24 x 20 cm dish and regular oil in this video.
Bake the cake at 180 C for 25 to 30 minutes in a convection microwave to get the perfect brown crust on the cake or microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high for crustless cake.
