For me when I have the gear on the largest rear cog the chain falls of very easily under minimal load. Should I get a chain guide or do I have to buy a new chainring?
Looks to me like you could've kept the original cassette and just got a new chain ring with more offset, you still had lots of room between the new chain ring and the chain stay.
aweome video...great explanation..BUT!!! one question....can i install any crankset & pedals that i want....for some reason people always keep those heavy black cranksets instead of installing some nicer looking one...im new to this so pardon my ignorance.
Good day Sir, yes you may use a different crankset as long as they are of individual type, we are all on the same page on this one Sir. Thanks for your comment Sir.
Good day Sir. You may click this link via aliexpress. Here is the link sir.... www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001314639269.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.3dc74c4dqMRyLH Thanks.
Is it fixed crankset? Not freewheel? I had project about electfixedgear (but te cog use freewheel) the project is i use other crankset (75T) and not use freewheel cranksaet... it possible sir? Thankyou. Love from your neighborhood country.
Good evening Sir Ngen. The mid-drive crankset is freewheel Sir. If you're planning to use it for the fixed gear setup then that wouldn't be possible not unless if you're to install braking system for your conversion. Thanks.
@@RollyPetz thanks for the answer. No no sir. Sure sir... Iwant to planing building bike with a frewheel system too... not fixed gear(iam just use a frame fixie but all gear using freewheel system). But i see on your video. Its not commonly like other people video. Your crankset chainring sistem are diferent... Is it no flywheel sure? I tought your crankset just move with peddaling system and you uninstaled the Throotle system... Is'nt right? Causes if you do it. I think i can applied to. And i want to chance my chainring use driveline 75T. Is it posible to chance chainring become to 75T. Thanks. Iam sorry for bothering you sir. 😄
@@ngenthops1966 hehehe, it's OK Sir...no problem, I though you wanted an fix gear conversion but only the body for that matter then it's OK Sir. The thing is it comes with it's chainring due to it mounting holes, but if you can purchase the adopter chainring then you can use the 75T. Thanks for dropping by Sir Ngen.
@@ALEMBONG_ so far OK naman po. Got to ride it also in gravel roads and step climbs kayang kaya lang po sa 750W @ 48V 17.5 ah na cobination po. Ang importante lang po sa akin is that it would do very reliably on the the climbs po. Good luck po on your future project po.
Hi po good morning. Di naman po maingay ang chainring. May issue lang po sya pag gamitin nyu po yung biggest cog sa likod kasi po mag jump yung chain ring sa harap due to mis-alignment po. Thaks.
@@seanandrewmagadia5249 I've tested it on the maximum pedal assist on a flat surface Sir smallest cog at the back, quite a dangerous feeling...hehehe...
Sir Sean, I've not really computed for this but I guess this would also change specially on how you use the pedal assist levels, but based on my test the 48V 17Ah battery will reach more than 70 kms specially if your are using on the lower pedal assist levels.
@@RollyPetz I ask other bulders, and they says that there motor doesn't receive any maintenance after accumulating 34000km. I hope the motor last more than that without any maintenance.
@@seanandrewmagadia5249 I think the only maintenance for the motor is the checking of the grease in the motor. I'll have it checked maybe after a year or so. Meron po din kayung ganito Sir?
