Middlesbrough FC v Green Howards - 1989-90 

September 1989 and the Middlesbrough FC squad are on a days work experience with The Green Howards Army Regiment in Catterick. Boro Boss Bruce Rioch did not attend as the army lads were a bit scared of him so they told him it was the next day instead! What he missed was his players firing some guns, running with heavy equipment, getting beaten up in PE and then beating the GH XI in a match.
