Recently, I’ve been using Midjourney for my Print on Demand AI images. Midjourney is a great AI image generator that you can use for Amazon KDP coloring books and other book covers.
Here are the prompts mentioned in the video.

Where can I find Midjourney software?

Go to Midjourney.com , click "Join the beta" or ""Sign in" and it'll give you an invite to its Discord server. You will have to download Discord app to your computer in order to communicate with the Midjourney bot. It's difficult at first. You've just got to persevere.

The text is always gibberish in Midjourney.

You are free to use Midjourney images commercially if you use one of the paid plans.

@@char_lene_ Yup. Get rid of it in Photoshop or equivalent. or use these prompts: --no text, type, watermark that doesn't often work tbh

@robcub40 I find the more negative prompts I use, the more I get what I didn't want. lol For me, leaving out the term works.. sometimes.. 😅

You need to try more than twice! I've used these prompts 100s of times. Occasionally you get a bit of color. But you should be bumping up the contrast in them anyway

You need to use more detailed prompts and negative prompts like --no ugly feet, missing limbs, shanding You need to add high contrast and anatomical to your prompts to not get weirdness. Using a see of your interior as a base for colores version would work better.

Thank you for your comment, Victoria. I have tried negative prompts and they don't work for me. no ugly feet, you get ugly feet. no missing limbs, you get missing limbs. When I get something I don't want, I change the prompt. Usually just simplify it. Line art = add high contrast. Also, I increase the contrast in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Do you use the word "anatomical"? Does that help with bodies. I am doing coloring books that don't feature bodies, usually. Only faces and things. Midjourney has no problem with that. "Using a see of your interior as a base for colores version would work better." I don't understand what you're saying. Are you talking about the cover?

@@robcub40 anatomically correct helps with faces and say realistic animals even mythical creatures that you don't want cartoonish. The other thing is that you need to upload a picture to use as sample of what you want and prompt off it. Say you get a creative fabrica coloring page. Lay it out like you want by adding elements and then you upload it and use it for image to image. You can even use a prompt creator in MJ or a third party to create a prompt based on your picture. Alas, my personal preference is not MJ as I like to have more control so I use stable defusion models.

@@comeforaride Thanks for getting back to me, Victoria. Is this advice about Stable Diffusion? I've downloaded and experimented a bit on Diffusion Bee. My initial reaction is that it's very slow, takes up a lot of memory, and provides higher resolution images. That's not much better as, for me, it's quicker and easier to upscale images using free tools online and then get rid of imperfections using Photoshop or Illustrator. But I've been using graphics software for a long time. I'm experimenting with " anatomically correct --no ugly shading " in MJ, so far no improvement but, usually, when I get something I don't want, I move onto the next thing. I find it quicker not to get too bogged down in one thing. But I guess we're all using these tools differently according to our skillset and the way we work. I'll keep on experimenting with negative prompts, etc. Thanks again for your input.
