The Battle of Jedha was also mentioned in the High Republic Adventures comics. Apparently Sav Malagan joined up with Maz Kanata's pirate crew during the battle. Also they've mentioned a couple times that something happened with Marchion Ro's family on Jedha. It feels like foreshadowing to me...

Just finished this book today. My goodness was it good! Ram never failed to make me smile when he was in a chapter. Zeen has to be my favorite high republic character. The fact that she’s a force user, associated with Jedi force users, but isn’t allowed to join the Jedi and is a total bad ass is just so awesome. I hope she reunites with Lula.

Because of your endorsement I read all three High Republic Adult novels and loved them! What would be some other recommendations in the Star Wars genre in the adult category? It is a pretty vast collection, so your recommendation is valued.

If you like pilots at all the Alphabet Squadron trilogy is awesome and I would consider them to be very adult in their themes. Anything by Claudia Gray is also a sure bet.

Most of Timothy Zahns' novels are fan favorites, Charles Soule has written tons of great comics especially his Darth Vader run and Cavan Scott's High Republic comic series seem to be what you want to read.

Interesting that they seem to be going backwards for these phases, much like how the OT and PT were initialiy made. Though so far the story benefit remains to be seen. What if phase 3 will be jumping back forward in time and that’ll be the decades shortly before the PT?

Claudia Gray asked her boyfriend if he can think of an entirely new idea for a character. And the boyfriend said something like: "Why not make a rock?" She said that in an interview
