Your aces on about the soundtrack....in this particular scene, that soft chord to end it is the very same chord that he used at the end of the film to accent the Dukes' swift disappearance at the airport when they bid their farewells as Walsh let's him go free... So very poignant.

A fabulous film! Great cast, especially Dennis Farina as Jimmy Serrano. So many scenes worth mentioning. The daughter of Jack. The watch story. The running gag, " MARVIN! Look out!! " The obvious chemistry between Grodin and DeNiro. A buddy picture par excellence.

This scene is where you first see a friendship develop between the 2. The chemistry between these 2 are unrivaled with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon from the original Odd Couple even coming close to match these 2. A sequel with both of these guys was in the works. Heartbreaking it won't come to fruition. Rest in Peace Charles.

Agreed, Mech. So many great parts in this film. The running gag, " MARVIN!!" The tender scene with the daughter. Dennis Farina is superb as Jimmy Serano. An enjoyable romp all the way!
