While you were asleep, Uncle Low cooked 13 buckets of hot tau huay (soya beancurd pudding) fresh from soya beans. Only 13 - it's limited edition! A widely popular dessert across Southeast Asia, here's this hawker's dedication to produce fresh, traditional tau huay to Singaporeans.
Ever had fresh soya bean milk and soya beancurd? What is it called in your country? Tell us in the comments below! :-)

I mean, as much as I like Tau Huay, too much soya consumption is bad. Growing up, I drink soya milk because I can't drink dairy milk. Something happened when I was 4 years old. My head started to tilt to one side and wouldn't return to how it should be so I was brought to the hospital for a surgery. Two years ago, I decided to do a research and found out that soya milk can trigger thyroid disorders along with reproductive system problems and etc. What I'm trying to clarify is that: You can eat anything you want but don't eat more than you should. Edit: If you have no problem with consuming a lot of soya, then that is good for you. I make this comment to remind others that eating the same thing every single day will do more harm than good. And it could be too late before you realized what was wrong. Stay safe and hydrated ❤
