I appreciate these types of product reviews because they help me make informed purchases. They save me money and return hassles. Your channel is special because of your presentation, nice personality and calm voice. Just my two cents! Thank you 😊
Midori is my favorite note book. I think their paper is excellent and I really appreciate their notebooks' minimalistic design. They are my favorite notebook at any price point. Great with fountain pens, gel pens and markers. Thank you for sharing this.
been subscribed to you for years and i check your channel everytime im curious about a notebook❤thanks for your videos, they've been such a help and comfort!
I just subscribed and watched all your previous VDO clips. I watched this VDO and you helped me to decide to buy Midori MD A6 Day 1 page diary. I got this notebook yesterday for the year 2023. I feel so good. Thanks a lot.
I'm getting my 2023 diary in a couple of days, I'm really excited about it. I had the 2020, but I never got to using it because I had 3 other planners. This year I have this one and a pocket midori
Great, thorough review! I was considering this Midori as I don’t like the quotes at the bottom of the Hobonichis, but I’m sad it doesn’t fit in the Hobo cover.
It would probably fit the 5 yr diary covers from Hobonichi. Also, by accident I found that the Midori Codex clear cover fits the Hobonichi Cousin much better than the Midori regular clear cover (a5). The Hobonichi Cousin Avec is better for the regular cover. Thank you for the informative comparison. I was curious about the page-a-day diary from Midori.
THANK YOU for making this video! did they always have an a6 size?! i used the a5 one year and it did NOT work for me even though it's such a gorgeous notebook simply because it was just too much space for me. i love that there is an a6 and i'm rushing around trying to find my 2023 planner now, so this may be it!
I just bought the Leuchtturm Daily A6 for 2023 and was dissapointed not to have a double page of months overviews. I thought it would be included. Now I bought another Leuchtturm monthly planner which has those overviews and after that a normal notebook. But the Midori seems to have exactly what I want. I love Midori MD Paper, but for (bullet) journaling I found that their paper doesn't let me write with sharp gel refills in G2 or some fountain pens - they seem to "sink in" the Midori Paper when I write.
I found that Chic Sparrow A6 TNs (not the folios, those have a different sizing!) are absolutely *huge* for those who are looking for a leather cover for a midori one day per page off the shelf :). It fits a hobonichi 5 year perfectly, while a single hobonichi techo or stalogy looks like it's swimming in it 🙈.
Hello. For this particular daily diary, it comes just in this design. There are other Midori MD notebooks, though, that offer graph and dot grid design. You just won't have 400+ pages.
Hello. I have an A5 version of this notebook, and I would like to purchase it again, but I can't find it anywhere. Do you have any insight regarding where I can buy this Midori notebook? Thank you.
@@SeaweedKisses With luck, maybe I'll find one. Having a second daily page I wouldn't need a separate notebook. It would be great to have everything in one place. 🙂
Gonna call you out a bit. Your past vids show you to be a beautiful creative free thinking joyful spirit. But now you are constrained by a tedious script reviewing commercial products (like a million other planner channels). Honestly, I don't get it.
You must be new to my channel. lol. Everything shown on here is some form of a "commercial" product from the pens I use, the notebooks I write in, the craft supplies I share. Not sure what you were expecting, but this may not be the channel for you then. Am I suppose to handmake everything?? Plus, I've always done review type videos. You just need to scroll through further. ;)
