Love all the comments on how they never would have forgotten to check the trans fluid. This man just posted 30 video's in 30 days while doing all his own editing, did a major engine swap on the primary car, and has 3 full race car builds in progress, learned to tune and work on a big block in just a few days. Drove 800 miles in june with no a/c in a car with no sound deadening and only minor heat shielding to the interior of the car. Runs 3 successful businesses. Also, he is not even near 30 yet. Does he have help? Yes, for most things he does, but someone saying they will take care of something and actually doing it are different. So i'm sure he tries to keep tabs on everything that is being done. I appreciate everything he shares of his life and businesses and commend him for the life he built in only a few short years. Although i know the roots and hard work go back much farther.

Thanks for saying this man. Been watching ol' Cleet from the start and as someone caring for a disabled partner and disabled and elderly uncle, I have absolutely no free time to do all the things I was going to do in my 20's. I've been living vicariously through these guys for years. As you say, every upload brings me joy and gives me something to look forward too. Also Cleet is a damn good role model of how to be a good RU-vidr and all around good guy.

Man it’s absolutely insane where this has went. When I picked up the cars for you the first time at the old shop rocket was on the dyno getting the summit motor tuned for Vegas and mullet and a 6 was just a dream!! Now he has a sm big block and a MNM trans street driving running 6s!! And headed home to the most bad ass shop and group of guys a race team could ask for!! Big props dude you guys work your asses off.

Suggestion: get yourself a dry erase board and mount to the trailer and put a checklist of what needs to be done either before a hit or before the day starts like valve adjustments.

I wanna say Ty and the boys are paid pretty good already! Cleetus knows he has a great team and will keep them all happy so they stick around!! When you have guys like Ty and Zack doing this type of work, many other shops and guys notice it and will 100% try to swoop in and grab them up. The only way to keep them , is to keep them well paid and happy.

This was 100% on Cleeter lol I agree, they should check it before every run! I think they were so concerned with the new motor that they just didnt even think about the MnM trans because it is almost bulletproof, unless it gets ran dry! LOL

Hey Garrett. Look for a visor from Simpson that has the "pinlock" system on it. It adds a 2nd layer to the visor that has an air gap to stop them fogging up. Works great.

You need a “pinlock visor” maybe he will see this. Changed my helmet life lol. Will not fog at all. I hated dealing with fog and use to take my visors off. Never going back from pinlock.

Converter is probably a smidge tight. Seems when they smack it real hard off the line it spins. Probably track prep dependent mostly, but I’d bet it’s also some converter tightness. Converters run “looser” if over powered for what they were set up for, MnM probably expected cleetus to just go super powerful because that’s what he does(he’ll yeah brother!) and sent one that’s prepared for that level of HP not the “milder ish” level he has it at. So it’s running just a little bit tighter then it probably should be. Again just my guess and I’m probably completely wrong. Who knows

@@gavincline209 i don’t know much about transmissions but doesn’t that transmission have a dump valve, they should be able to lower line pressure to give the same effect as loosening the converter up. Some transmission tuning would really let this car fly.

Steel is what "blues", titanium actually oxidizes and grows a crystalline structure on it's surface which refracts different wavelengths of light back to your eye, depending on the size of these crystals the color looks different.. different heat changes the crystal structure and it goes from like brown to purple, blue, light blue, and a few lighter colors of purple and greenish.

Run mullet a year, maybe two, it sorely needs a wrap or new paint that fits the channel, then it's time for something else. Or put someone else in Leroy.
