Got my first mig15(german one) just in time for the br change. Had the pleasure of experiencing it at 8.7 (which almost always ended in uptier to 9.7) for a few matches, and it was horrible. Now, it's just the plane I find horrible. I'm not new to jets (did both the British and French before Germany) but the mig is such a different beast from what I've flown before. Guns are hard to aim, limited ammo, stiff like a brick at high speeds, non-existing roll rate. I got so fustrsted with it, I went back to the 162 of all things. I keep coming back tho, cuz I wanna be able to fly it. There is something about it, like some special feeling to it, and I wanna experience it's full potential.

My family is a hunting family and I know that not everyone is a hunter but my grandfather taught me to hunt when I was 5yo and lost him to pancreatic cancer when I was 9yo I’m 12 now and I still think about him daily. I wish your friend's mum well. My mum is a survivor and ironically today I found out another friend of mine, she is a now a survivor having now been diagnosed as clear of all cancer! It's one of the most common diseases that impacts so many! I'll try to help and appreciate what you're trying to do for your friend's mum. My condolences for your mum. I'm sure she'd be very proud of what you've been accomplishing with this channel. Cheers!

When compressing with the MIG use the air break, since its located on the bottom of the plane it helps pull up a bit.

My aunt died the day before Thanksgiving last year from cancer; from the day the rest results came back to the day she died was just a hair over a month, and her only complaint before the tests was a persistent back ache. I know how rough it is, and I know your loss is years distant but I hurt for you, Phly.

My mother was diagnosed around thanksgiving, but she had problems for 8 months before that. She’s doing better now. Let us hope everyone that goes through the dangerous journey makes it out okay.
