I love how Inafune leave us some easter eggs about past games on that video and what especially got my attention was the scene at the end when he leaves his cap on the bench ( Yes i think that means his departure from CAPcom)

Thanks for sharing that, 2 Player Productions. Apart from it being pretty amusing (paraphrasing: "we had to have a pink dog!" :D ), it's great to see a look at how you put these things together. Interesting that not everything always goes to plan (but you end up doing okay, regardless!). It's also a great example of how to storyboard something (without having to go to film school). Props to Double Fine's Mark Hamer for pitching in!

Have a look at the documentary ep. 0 (found on one of the updates) and it is mentioned that this method precisely breaks away from how they are used to doing things in the industry, especially in Japan, even citing the culture values in beauty of concealing. Just needed to point this out, because this is one of the biggest things that make the project extra refreshing and endearing.

To be honest i think the final video did grip me quite well... and everything you meant to convey went across to me. And i couldn't stop laughing thinking about the extra signed copies :P Awesome Vid guys!

Metool / construction helmet for the win. Also, we were all fooled hard by Baron in his pink colouring. A lot of people were actually wondering about how a large pink dog could manage to show up at the scene. ^_^;;

There's always the possibility of releasing it on more consoles later with other funds (say, game sales), or a publisher that gets some sort of cut of sales on said console. But sure, funding it via Kickstarter works, too.

probably not, but you never know. the last day is usually a huge day for kickstarter projects. also, they might release it later on 3ds with other funds if the game is popular enough

Nipopnbashi aka..."Den-Den Town"? Hmm, is that why a good portion of the world we see in Mega Man Battle Network is called Den Area/Den Town/DenTech City? Not talking about just ACDC Town, the area in and around it as a whole.
