There are so many tryhard cops on in middle to end of shift 3 into shift 1, who allow this kind of bad behavior to run rampant on NoPixel. There is no accountability or self reflection at all. It's especially bad in PBSO because most of their command and high command do and say crazy, ridiculous, and stupid things all the time, facing absolutely 0 repercussions or consequences, so the new deputies who see them behave this way know they can get away with bad behavior as well.
