And people listen to Micheal Kay, HA, Mike is the man and Kay will never have his personality, that’s what brings listeners. Kay is just number one cause the world is full of a bunch of fruits these days
Mike is 100% correct. They could force the jets to pay him, but not play him. That's absolutely absurd. For the jets to even suggest that is insulting to our intelligence.
7:00 "they do not have to play him" 7:03 "listen i didnt say they dont have to play him" FOLKS...THATS WHY HES NEW YAWKS NUMBAH ONE! CHANGING HIS MIND IN 3 SECONDS! BACK AFTAH DIS!!!
But it's not the reporter's point of view. He is literally saying what the Jets said. I thought we hated reporters "editorializing" the news? Or is that only for reports we disagree with?
@@WordsMatter1982 Because he didn’t pursue or question what he was told. No one blames a reporter for questioning what he’s told; that’s not in any way like the media making up things.
I think Peter was ready for a root canal instead of staying on this call with Mike after the first 2 minutes lol. Mike can be a D.B but he was right to get on this reporter. He was weak AF
You would do the same fuckin thing if someone was screaming their head off at you for just reporting what someone told you lol. It wasn’t his opinion, he’s just telling Francesca what the jets told him
The reporter is just reporting what the jets front office says. Typical NY Jersey off, arguing with a reporter who brings him content. I'll bet NY people love this guy.
Mike wasn't mad at the beat reporter because the Beat reporter was repeating what the Jets told him. He was mad at the beat reporter for not knowing the rules and pressing the Jets on the bullshit answer. If this beat reporter said, "Mike. I called them out on their answer and they eventually hung up on me and didn't respond". Mike Francesca wouldn't have blown up on him.
Lmao Schwartz was wrong and idk where he got his info. The CBA says you can't deactivate a player for an alcohol related offense. But you obviously do not have to put him on the field.
Had NO idea The Jets went to back-to-back afc championships .. they talk about this team like they’re whole franchise history is Horrible but back to back afc championships is impressive
@@firstnamelastname3280 No, he had absolutely no clue what he was talking about and tried passing off trash information. Didn't even bother questioning the Jets on it himself and came on the show unprepared spewing nonsense. Didn't do his job at all.
@@firstnamelastname3280 His job isn't being a public relations representative. If things don't add up or they give you trash info then you question them on it. He clearly didn't do that despite this being the most obvious BS imaginable.
I'm pretty sure all the beat reporter is saying here is that the Jets were not going to bench him as punishment for an offense that is an open legal case. Clearly the Jets wanted to play Edwards, and they were doing nothing more than saying they are not compelled to punish him. Pretty simple.
Mike has to resort to chewing out his station's beat reporter because nobody from the Jets org will NEVER be on his show as long as Rex Ryan is head coach.
MrAitraining uhh, no. What the jets were telling the reporter made no sense. All this guy did was report the nonsense the jets told him. In other words, don’t kill the messenger
@@firstnamelastname3280 No, you're allergic to understanding that a reporter isn't just there to read off team press releases and be a PR representative. They are supposed to do some actual work, especially if the information they are given is completely false like this. This dude did none of that and was completely clueless.
Mike is UPPED on something here and it has nothing to do with audio!! I think I deserve a medal for listening up to 7;46 of this DOPE arguing the same thing with a person who is basically the messenger.
I never could take francesca he just screamed at callers and repeats the same thing over and over. We got it the first 5 times that the union can't force a guy to play. Which I do agree eith. I've seen coaches bench guys b4 .
@beatles2233 Well the Giants don't do anything bad compared to the Jets. The Jets had the Braylon Edward's DUI,the tripping incident, and Rex Ryan every week guaranteeing a Super Bowl win.
Agreed. It it what it is though. He's aloud to hate the Mets and the Jets. I HATE the Yankees, but I'm not gonna sit their every time they do something good and make it seem like luck or something like that.
He has been a caricture,of himself. The few times I have him on I hear “aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” and blah blah a blah- his words. Not being prepared is a cardinal sin. As the pope he knows that. It is obvious he has lost his interest and just wants the money.
