The Supreme Court is an appellate court. They’re not usually looking at a bunch of evidence. They’re hearing appeals on legal issues, addressing questions of law and procedure. Trial courts hear the evidence. You can’t just take cases straight to the Supreme Court. By the time the Supreme Court gets a case a trial court has looked at it along with probably more than one appellate court.

I do feel sorry for Mike Lindell, he’s clearly mentally unwell. Somebody within Republican circles should speak to him and persuade him to seek psychiatric treatment. He’s getting worse. When the Thanksgiving deadline passes and nothing happens his poor head will explode. He may very well suffer a total breakdown. He’s got a business to run and he’s responsible for hundreds of employees.
