Comedian Mike MacDonald, considered one of the top funny men in all of Canada, understands the power of laughter. In addition to his successful and well received live performances all over North America, Mike has appeared on numerous TV shows including Late Night With David Letterman, Just For Laughs, Showtime's Comedy Club All-Star Show, A&E's An Evening At The Improv and Comedy Central's The A List. This one hits hard. I loved his comedy spots on JFL, his specials and his shows. He earns the title "Canada's king of Comedy". He's gonna be missed. RIP Mike.

I had the opportunity to see him perform at the Princess Theatre in Edmonton back in the early 80's. What a great talent. Had me in tears through his entire set!!! Rest in Peace Mr. MacDonald

Oh, man, I didn't hear that he passed away. That is so sad. He was a brilliant comic. I had forgotten about him until I stumbled across an old video where a young "Mike MacDonald" introduced a young Louis CK. Used to see him on Just for Laughs. Oh man.

But you're thinking of Mike "McDonald" (The last name of Irish decent), who was a cast member on MadTV. This guys is "MacDonald" (The last name of Scottish decent).
