i think this one set to failure is actually 3-4 sets as we need to pre-exhaust the muscles with warm up sets.. & i think a natural guy will need atleast two exercises to stimulate growth..this one exercise shud apply to people who are on steroid cycles.. but the overtraining flaw as pointed by MIke is a great discovery..& the need for less volume more intensity & once in 3 days or 4 days workout....no trainer will support that as that will mean many willbe out of job..
bro I actually only did one exercise for quads in recent workouts (bulgarian split squats) with 1 warm up set and I can tell you it hits harder than other people's 2 hour workouts, you don't need to feel soreness, but you still probably will. I definitely feel sore for next 2-3 days or something like that.
@@ISuPeRTNTI 1 sets of squats and 1 set of leg extension for me and i couldnt walk properly for 5 days from that. And on that day i only trained for 35 minutes
Actualy 1rep matter, but you have to do 1 rep almost every 20-60 minutes, so you in one day you will do maybe 25 reps one every 20-60 min with 90%-95% max weight at full power = this will increase tendon strenght and power but who have time for it HIT is better for me.
Keep seeing meth comments on videos. You just know they’re posted by people training two hours a day 6 days a week and have never pushed past the point of failure in their life
Either the meth comments or "he took steroids so his training method is wrong!" Like him taking steroids has to do anything with his way of training. H.I.T is literally perfect for naturals. And scientifically accurate.
Correct -- and there's no evidence that he ever even used it. He apparently took adderall (speed), as did may bodybuilders of the time, but, from what I can see, the 'meth' thing is an internet rumor with no basis in fact.
Training brief, infrequent, high intensity, low volume, and basic principles such as, time under tension, full range of motion. Mainly focus on training briefly, infrequently and at a high intensity with a comfortable amount of weight *not ego lifting*
Even so H.I.T is objectively the best way to train for naturals. Since Bodybuilding is not about endurance or trying to train as long as you possibly can. Training very hard, and low volume is literally the best way to grow
