Great Band one of the best. Tony Jackson departure was the start of the downward trend it really screwed the band because it came from bitterness

What is the title of Mikes autobiography?

Mike thinks he "wasn't too bad" a singer? In my book he's one damned good singer! But the group lost something when they lost Tony Jackson, which, from what I've read, was mainly due to some underhanded machinations of Chris (Crummy) Curtis.

Unfortunately Mike Pender placed money before friends and so the disagreement between him and John still rumbles on life is too short

It was a pitty that he left the Searchers......... 👎🎵👎

Pity he split from the main band, they have done much better than Mike
