Great concert in Guildford last week. Loved the new and old materials. They were enjoying themselves too! Without doubt the best time I've seen them on tour. Tim's voice has benefited from his season in Phantom of the Opera. Thank you so much for a fantastic night.

If there is one person to replace Paul Carrack, it had to be Roachford. His voice for the Carrack songs are fantastic. Especially The Living Years.

Certain songs should be left alone...this song included.

What Mike learned from performing this song live all those years was that the ending was an additional hook that was missed on the original because it faded. Those acoustic rhythm guitars climax beautifully in that ending. That's the _only_ thing this has over the original.

Unfortunately Roachford made a fluffy soul pop band out of M & M......I much more prefer Tim Howar`s straight voice and their pop/rock anthems like Nobody Knows or Poor Boy Down or Word Of Mouth. "The Letter" from their last album was outstanding. A real time travel to the great 80s. Nevertheless "Out Of The Blue" is a great song, but I'm hoping for some more uptempo & rocking songs in the future.

Is that the same sample of Paul Carrack whistling from the original? I know a whistle isn't as distinctive as a voice but it sounds identical to my ears.

Désolé mais, à mon goût, personne ne peut égaler Paul Carrack au chant, surtout sur la chanson fétiche du groupe, "Over My Shoulder" ! Ce n'est pas pour rien qu'il était appelé "The Man with the Golden Voice" !

Not as good as the original. It's alright but the original sounds better. I like Paul Carrack's voice better for it. It's usually hard to top the original versions of songs.
