Mike Tomlin has to be my favorite head coach of all time. I'm not a fan of the steelers either. So that says a lot. His personality is 2nd to none. Do you know why he's such a successful coach? It's because he stays focused on his team. He doesn't let the opinions of outsiders have any negative impact at all on him or his team. Young coaches can learn a thing or 2 from this man. Experienced coaches are too stubborn to change. Ask Jim Harbaugh.

While Mike Tomlin isn't my personal choice as Head Coach of the Steelers, I will give him his due respect. 1. Tomlin also put Stephen A in his place 2:42 and keeping his cool and all Stephen A could do is laugh. 2. Tomlin shrugged of James Harrison 3:40 3. I am happy that Stephen A is not a fortune teller 5:18 4. If Stephen A is so "concerned" about the Steelers, he should take his big mouth and go work for them.
