@Lovegun.
@Lovegun. 9 лет назад
Did better? Spinks was beaten before he even got in the ring and so was Mcneeley. Mcneeleys plan was to throw everything at Mike, including headbutts, for as long as he could until Mike inevitably knocked him out. That was what happened essentially. Mcneeleys corner was gonna stop it as SOON as he got hurt, which was just alot quicker than everyone thought. Was a mismatch from the beginning but they weren't going to put Mike in the ring with a class opponent in his first fight in almost 4 years. If Mcneeleys corner didnt stop it, Mike would have a few seconds later.

Credits to Mc neely that he throw everything he had against Tyson. Some of his oponents didn´t.

I respect Peter Mcneely though. He seems so happy even thou he lost the game and really respects his opponent.

A bit strange that the corner jumped in and he was on his feet, but then a read an article and here this is a quote from it: "The night before Tyson-McNeeley, someone in Las Vegas placed a million-dollar bet on the fight not going a full 90 seconds." It lasted 89seconds. Source www.reddit.com/r/Boxing/comments/236q40/why_i_fixed_fights/

Mc Neely came in fighting like if it was the first time on the ring, extremely careless, like a maniac, prior the fight he was anoucing what he was going to do to Tyson, all I saw was his corner saving him from a worse end.

Peter's corner was very smart 👌. This was the time Mike could have taken a life in the ring. Because Peter wouldn't have stopped until he's no more. Thank God his Dad was ringside.

McNeely, Did the only thing he could do ...he knew he couldn't box with Tyson , The only thing to do was rush him , throw as many haymakers as he could and hope he got in a lucky shot . He knew he was totally outclassed so what ells could he have done ? At least he tried and showed more courage than BRUCE SELDON ...Who did have skills , there for Seldon had no excuse , McNeely had more balls than Seldon who was a champion and actually had a chance had it not been for his extreme act of cowardice ..
