Arteta and Mourinho need different types of players. Jose could manage Ozil and Auba. Could personalities such as Saka, Odegaard develop so much under him. Moreover, Mourinho never stayed more than 3 years in one club. So his effectiveness drops after 2-3 years. He is more like a sprinter - gets result in a short term. Arteta is doing a marathon - creating a long term success
