I already have the 220 KP and absolutely love it, glad to see the 240 can hang with it when I finally get to swing mine. Unfortunately may not get to game it this year since where I live we can't have any sports going... love watching your bat reviews either way!
My New KP and 9R tested at 275, but my short barrel krecher tested right at 250. My Juno Flip and Anarchy both tested at 270. I did not test my new DB 44. These 240 bats are all over the place, but most are coming out hot.
It's crazy my baseball bat is 29oz but my Freak 9R feels like an axe in my hand compared to it despite it being 3oz lighter. Get used to the end load and it should be your favorite bat. Y'all big enough for the 26oz shouldn't have trouble with the end load
i am not liking the seams on these bats after a few swings.....we have umps that check bats and throw them out for less...but KP rises again...great video guys
Hey guys - can you please do a vid on one piece aluminum bats? Our coed rec league doesn’t allow men under 55 to hit anything other than single wall aluminum, and I’d love to see a comparison between the limited stuff that’s out there. Even including older bats would be awesome. Love your stuff though and will your swing is such a beaut man.
You gotta do “Hair Dryer” rounds for fun. Get a PVC pipe wide enough to fit your softball/baseball bats. Make it long enough to fit the whole bat. You are going to duct-tape a hairdryer to the bottom of the PVC pipe so the hot air blows up the pipe when you turn it on (make sure that duct tape doesn’t let any air out). Then you slide a bat - barrel pointing down towards the hair dryer - down the PVC pipe. Then put a cap on the end of the pipe sealing the tube. Then turn that hair dryer on super high and hot as hell for 1-2 minutes. Pull out that bat and proceed to hit “hair dryer mega bombs.” YOU ARE WELCOME ... oh and hit me back to connect - I’ve been building a platform to track all your bats, velos, ranking system and more.
2021 Miken Kyle Pearson Freak KP 23 12" ASA Slowpitch Softball Bat: MKP21A vs 2021 Miken Kyle Pearson Freak KP 23 12" USSSA Slowpitch Softball Bat: MKP21U If my slowpitch softball league accepts ASA or USSSA, which of these will be better?
So I've been playing Competitive SB in the LE and Civilian Circuit and never asked this question about bats, but I guess it's because I don't use them, I'm a Balanced bat user, hit for Power, but also BC to place it where I need it. Watching this video and You saying something about the Endload being heavy. How do Manufactures create that endload, leave more material inside the bat at the end of it, which I would assume makes the middle of the bat thinner or is the bat the same thickness across the whole wall of the bat and they additional weight inside the bat some how or the endcap??? Keep Up Beating that Shed Up and Great Vids...
how would you do on my bat, its 32 inches and 20 oz called Uprising a 60 - 80 dollar walmart softball bat, how much in yardage disadvatage would be my bat compared to your softball pro hitters bats, also for softballs i am using the 5 dollar worth softballs, so the cheaper bats and softballs like i have how many feet on average can you lose going down to the basic cheaper equipment, loss in your distance and speed of the softballs like your basic worth ? for example comparring the cheapest bats and softballs for speed and distance then showing the advantage you get like with a better quality 30 oz bat and a better softball
Can someone explain what the compression does, from my understanding the lower it is it increases the pop off the bat, same as breaking 1 in is that correct?
Depends on what you prefer, 12" will have more of an end load by definition, plus the 1oz end load that is added on, which is why they say it feels so heavy. You have more pop out of the 12" barrel if you can hit it on a sweet spot, but you have less sweet spots.
