Milano Ponytail Wig Review 

Oh, no! That sucks! Thanks for sharing your experience! I haven’t had that happen on my wefted pieces yet. I have had issues with Milano customer service, too, though. It seems they are not very responsive in regards to customer complaints or concerns. I ordered a hand-tied ponytail wig from them last September, and I still haven’t received it. They told me it would take 6 months. I emailed them about the order issue and requested a refund, but they never responded 😕.

@@wearingwigs_withagrace8881 seriously?! You’ve been waiting 8 months for a wig?! That’s nuts! I’d be livid. You can take them to small claims since it’s not exactly a cheap purchase. Threaten them with that. Maybe they’ll listen then. That’s awful.

Hi! No, I haven't had issues with the wefts being visible through the hair, per say, but you do have to take some care in how you place the hair when trying to put it half up...like you would need to make sure you leave enough hair down, or make sure the right pieces are down to cover the wefts in this hair style...that's typical of most wefted wigs, though. That's the only time I've noticed once...when I gathered too much hair in the back while doing a half-up style. But I wear this wig in half-up style more so than in a ponytail, and never have issues with the wefts showing. I can feel the wefts more easily when I touch the back of my head while wearing this wig, though, but when looking at the back in the mirror, the wefts are not visible. It's because this wig is lower density on the top, back of head, and sides in order to make it easier to put up in a ponytail. Hope that answers your question!
