The whole demeanor! So much like his 'dad'. The part of them crossing the airfield has had me smirking madly in the audience each time - as if the original, iconic duo reincarnated. He carries the legacy perfectly.
@Lance Boyle because he’s one of the actors who you don’t realise how good he really is till you watch his movies and until top gun, not many people had seen many of his movies. The weren’t exactly blockbusters. The amount of people Ive told about “whiplash” who’d never seen it and then thought it was brilliant, was crazy. Being cast in this movie by Tom Cruise will hopefully get him the attention his talent deserves. Until that happens, he’s low key
It didn't touch the ground it tapped it. I was watching the whole time. It looks like it's hitting the ground but hitting the ground his entire knee would have to drop and what he's doing is tapping it but never completely dropping it. It's literally right above from hitting the ground
Funny how everyone is saying these won't make you gain but I've literally been doing this(with more reps and sets that is) and I've gained a few pounds of muscle. But hey that could just be newbie gains 🤷🏾♂️will see if I keep adding pounds after a couple of more months
It's the cheerleader jump at the end of the squats for me lol 🤣 Honeslty gotta add some of these to my own workout routine, and check out a lot of Miles' works! He's super funny, genuine, and attractive! 😘😘😘
How about your back ?? Make it a total body workout by adding in some body rows & pullups :) A common mistake for home bodyweight workouts. You just need a stable table or low bar for pulling movements
This was defs not his workout, he even said himself these exercises get your heart rate going and w the amount of reps it’s more of a cardio workout that leans you down, mostly think he just showing some of his exercises that he used for certain days. Can’t really expect every actor to show their whole Workout regimen sadly
@@groovi35 Yup it's for the off days or cardio. Their main workout is strength training in the gym with weights. Tom Cruise lifts 3 times a week total body workout
Are you kidding me?! You had this done in Australia, in front of a beach...and it didn't occur to you to have him go for a swim as a workout?! And show him coming out, Baywatch style??! Unfreakin'believable!!! Talked about a missed opportunity!
Miles teller he is so cute and so smart and so funny and so polite to others he is so hot he has a cute face and cute smile he is so cute when he talks
@@jayjayokucha7220 I get fitness of course and I do no people that are big that haven't touched a single weight. Those exercises are nothing compared to weights and more compound movements movements.
His running form appears to be a lil awkward.. lol. Finally, he is starting to look his age. I believed that he would never outgrow his babyface though.. the dude just looks young regardless of time.. lol.. hella talented. great job with the video!
Miles Teller is a really likeable actor. I'm certain i'd probably hate him if I knew him...but on screen, the guy is cool and not overly political and annoying.
@@pdaddy1121 he doesn't necessarily but everyone has different genetics. His voice is 100% noticeably deeper and his face has matured. Also, idk if this is just a workout for the everyday person or what but it's difficult to make that much of a physique transition in just 5 months with these light calisthenics. There's a lot of extra signs to look for. Plus he's going to be in a big blockbuster action role seen around the world that's in a sequel to one of the biggest action classics of all time. That isn't reason to be convinced he's not natty but it's a lot of pressure to use whatever you can to reach your peak of what's capable within that timeframe
@@Ninjacob00 I highly doubt he's on gear. He has a very attainable body type. Bit of exercise 3-4 times a week and a healthy diet could easily ensure his body type.
These circuits aren't gonna get you anywhere near a "celebrity's" physique. To get his physique he probably didn't do this kind of training. Get real Men's Health...
@@slammingp3050 I suggest watching joe fazer etc. instead if u really want to up your physique. It’s pretty sad that Men’s Health promotes this kind of workout. For many this just turns into cardio lol it doesn’t help you put on any kind of muscle.
Calm down. I think this workout was for people who can’t get to gyms during Covid to keep fit mot to suggest they’re gonna look like The Rock after doing it.
