Love your words Milind.. “To me body is my temple” What a great respect to body. Absolutely grateful for your pure and precious guidance. Thanks to you and God bless you dear friend
I think this interview has given me inspiration particularly when "Ironman" said, Ironman is easy, preparation for it is tough. I am going to apply this for my exams. This interview has changed my perception of exams as they will be easier for me now on and I will focus more on preparation for exams. So, thank you Milind Somanji and Sapna.
Very down to earth interview/conversation. Both are inspirational and look great. Thank you. Milind - congratulations on your wedding. Your bride is beautiful!
@@manideeps5342 yesss it mettrs...I follow desi diet...before running stomach should be light..it's important for long run ..u can take any liquid. ..but it's more important aftr running what u take immediately ...I take desi chna and milk....and try to take liquid diet whole day...this helps me more to run..😊☺
@@manideeps5342 😀😁😂😃😅...here is not any direct pill which cn be taken....it's normal and natural diet...take milk more and more with nuts...it's very healthy for us...
Running 10km you'll lose all the muscles and best of luck for your knee surgery. Human body wasn't made to do this. You over do anything. You'll live less.
I'm watching this video again after so long and I am just wondering about the damage or wearing off that happens to the knee joint while running so much consistently. He talked about consistently running so much but how does his knee joint handle so much stress?
What is truly attractive about Mr Soman is his intellectual mindset his deep understanding of the relation between the body and nature and his down to earth approach towards his goals in life
hey..i overtake him in 2016 Marathon being badly injured in 26/11 during rescue in Taj hotel, i feel proud to be a good marathon runner and triathlon runner now journey started for Ironman. simply my pace are better then milind sir. he is my inspirational and ideal personal... Jai Hind
"women.. come out of the house "... wow that really inspire women. this is easily one the best videos of your channel. great going sapna.. Hope to see more videos like this :)
Amazing interview! He is such a treasure trove of knowledge when it comes to fitness because he lives at that level. It's his home and i can imagine how fit his body must have become now after all these years of living at that level. Great man. Thank you Sapna mam for this great interview. You both are an inspiration.
Wonderful tips and his experience of running is outstanding. I can I will is my mantra for my running daily. Aged 74 from mysuru. Every month 450 to 500 km running. No medical issues. Any body can Run subject to listening to ur body and consistency. Start tomorrow and stay fit and enjoy healthy life.
this man's words have instilled many ideas about running in me. now i can run upto 13kmts barefoot which i could never imagine before hearing from him. hats off milind sir.
Sir you should start health channel,so people will learn that how much indigenous diet is important for our healthy life.specially people who joined the gym with supplements, this interview is short, concise and precise with so much of health knowledge.
omg I so regret 😢to watch this vedio so late,, I wish I would have seen this before, sapna u r such an angel to bring this to us love u alot😙😙😙😙may God always bless u.
That was a very inspirational and informative interview with Mr. Milind Soman, a person who has been always my role model since i was in school. Here i would like to add or rather try to explain something about barefeet running that why it feels so energetic when we run or play barefeet. Its related with duration of evolution of human race and evolution of footwear. I am Dr. Debajeet kumar, a physiotherapist and a great fan of barefeet/minimal footwear activities. I had an ankle injury few years back so long distance running is a risk for my ankle. Though my activities are swimming, badminton (with five toes Adipure shoes), martial art practices. I even wear Vibrams toe shoes in my clinic. It is the best feeling next to being barefeet. I feel so bonded to the earth. I love it. I would like to thank Sapna for her efforts to change the health of the country. She has really stayed wow herself too. Thanks a lot. Dr. Debajeet,Assam
its from the horses mouth... precise and measured words by Milind sir. i hope this video will help my clients and others to rethink over their goals and path, leading them to holistic fitness! Sapna, have never known u before this video but now many know u. Namaste!
Quite evident and that shows in the deteriorating audio quality. She has to rest her arm and the Mike skips further away from Milind. Lapel mike's would be best for such a conversation.
Absolutely agreed Milind. I am a big fan of Milind Soman for his true fitness unlike all the celebrities. Everything is in a mind and preparation is the biggest challenge and to remain consistent is another biggest challenge. But above that I feel environment is another big challenge. Because Milind runs in a place where things are better pollution-wise, traffic-wise, dust-wise, cleanliness-wise and couple of other factors. Because I tried running on barefoot in the typical mumbai roads inspite of living in the better clean and tidy place of Palm Beach Navi Mumbai, but still was faced with so many difficulties. Small small stones hurting you badly and it really cut my foot. Then traffic and horns, then dirty mud etc. And its really dangerous too because there may be glass pieces which can pierce your foot. Still trying to find a better area, when I started running barefoot, after some days, my ankle started paining and it was just not going inspite of break from running and rest. Finally had to take medicines. So, running barefoot is only good, if you stay in a very good area, where the roads are clean, there is mud instead of dirt, traffic is less and disciplined, there is garden or a beach nearby. Else jogging barefoot by anybody in any city or town could be dangerous for your health. Not trying to find excuses of discouragement, but yes running barefoot is very good. One should put effort everyday and go to such a place which is good and then it would be best to jog barefoot. Also long stretches are the only things which will keep us motivated to run, else running or to & fro multiple times in short distance will not sustain our interest for more. I therefore feel everyone has to take running as a natural activity and try to run whenever possible than doing it for a purpose or benefit, because in our childhood, we used to run for only playing and for the fun of it and no competition and hence, every child used to run and play and remain healthy.
Very nice swapna. Thanks for airing this fantastic Interview. Milind Soman has been this way for decades. Down to earth and straight. Thanks Milind Soman for your inspiring sharing.

sapna. you very very attractive. question,. your thoughts on coffee ? is too much good or bad for your health? I know adding extra sugar and creme are bad but just plain black coffee with little one package of sugar or non. also, sugar vs honey? which one is harder to burn off?
Hello Sapna Mam, I'm 6'1 inch, & my Weight is 91 Kg. Due To Extra Weight on my spine I Started Getting Lower Back Pain, therefore While Walking & Sitting For Long Increases My Pain... in This situation how can I lose my Weight?
he is right it's high time that people realize that barefoot running is the most natural running form for humans...I've been running barefoot for 2 months and bygod I'm addicted now to this..everyone should shun shoes and try out barefoot running and trust me you will never go back to shoes ever again in your life
Milind you are the best. You live the way you want not giving a damn to what others might think ! And collecting experiences and lessons from almost everything you do , which means you enjoy and try to explore what ever you do to the core. It is only then that anyone says he lived life to the fullest.
captain vyom got it right but it can lead to injuries but one should always run on the path that is concrete and not on the running track that is mud if preparing for a marathon cause it takes place on real concrete and if u want same kind of thrust on your knees than should run on concrete.
Sapna ... i highly appreciate and love u somuch for all the efforts u r putting in to inspire and motivate people like me ... U r my role model.. trying hard to Stay Wow .. m sure ill be there soon with ur help ☺😙
Milind soman is the first person who introduced the word model. Also he is the icon and capital for all models now who were showcasing themselves as super model.
