You should sell the level 3 helmet plate by itself as an option

I just don't see why this is even a thing. If someone wanted ear protection they would have went with an ach or ech. Your literally take a cut down ach, and recounting the ear protection via 2 screws on the side of the head. Would love to see how the rail would hold up if that plate actually took a round.

You have a point and thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our purpose of releasing ear armor is to offer an option for high-cut or super high-cut helmets built with Picatinny side rails for add-on protection when needed, it offers more coverage area on the side than a standard ACH or ECH. NIJ IIIA 0108.01 testing videos are available in our playlist and tests were performed by NTS Lab, USA. Here is a 3rd party testing video reference you might be interested in. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aqnRgMgOnUs.htmlsi=5Xo6buSrNBea4qKL

Same concept as a SLAAP plate, since it is supposed to fall after grabbing a round. This specific product I don’t know, the idea can work though.

@@militech6763 This on the outside already seems to offer more coverage compared to the largest standard issue helmet, PASGT which has already been phased out. The current ACH helmet covers less area compared to this. This also seems to be lighter weight, yet weaker protection against bullets. The best advantage I can see this having is increased coverage against shrapnel blasts, which is much more common than bullet wounds to the head nowadays. You guys should do a shrapnel blast test on a dummy head and see how much the helmet can shield the wearer.
