一直以來都很喜歡吃蔥麵包,所以我把它做出一點變化加了蒜泥和起司。熱的時候吃,起司還會拉絲。這個麵包可以當手撕麵包,也可以切成吐司一片一片的。麵包本身很柔軟而且是全天然,無添加香料或奶粉,很適合在家做。

I'm a big fan of scallion bread, so I came up with something different to go with it. I put some shredded cheese and garlic to give it a more flavorful taste. The bread itself contains no additive, and is very easy to make at home. Hope you can all give it a try.
