@renzcalais you have to spin on your upper back first (To do that try to kick your face while your collapsing) after that you just have to try to turn your body with your legs wide and straight, u also will have to keep your hands and arms near your chest and, after that, u just have to move your hands to turn to the turtle position.

@BohAraki they clearly do tho and i mentioned that too how the left leg goes under. but it looks like u dont get it, but its a pretty easy concept right sweeps under (getting all ur momentum to your back) while left stays high and strait) when your reach your back, the momentum continues. cause the left to go under. meening u must pick up the right so the left can sweep (mirror wht u did in the beggining) and if they bend, eather workout the legs more or just stretch more

@rasengan205 try going into a splits but go as far as u can without grabing anything and stay there till it burns. do that everyday and ull... 1. have enough strength to flex to the splits length 2. amazingly, your splits will go farther, all this will be explained in CHAPTER 6: DRILLS so subscribe :D

@zakariaA14 its using all your arm. do bicep, tricep, and wrist strength make sure to stretch your arm and wrist before and after too (IMPORTANT) and my advice is keep practicin it. i got the strength from just practicin handglide so much.

@oakestilo when i started practicing windmills i never really used my left leg. i always relied on my upper back on get on re-stabs. i thought the whip of the back would launch left leg. it was only that part that i was unsure of because it always ended up bending.

@YoshiKnight01 the way your making it sound, try focusing on three thngs u might be missin up on 1. "the drop"- see if ur makin the transition smooth, if u make it hop u will flop 2. focus on keepin ur legs wide 3. make ur legs and body one, ya it sounds corney but if u just let ur legs turn and spin then u wont have the momentum, if u look at when i explain the kick and theres a freeze frame, my body is going with my legs BIG THING FOR U AND EVERYONE, i can help more if yall send me a video

@rasengan205 best workouts. one is pull ups and doing ab workouts while in pull up. search polymetric and core workouts too also subscribe cause were goin to post a DRILL TUTORIAL with CHAPTER 6, with workouts in it

@rasengan205 abs...pushups..bboyin especially power moves need ur whole body to be up to speed. if u keep practicing ur stabbing everyday the pain will go away and it will get easier very soon

heyy nice tutorial man. im new to breakdancin and after watchin the video i been tryin 2 do the handglide freeze, but itz bare hard 4 me but m gunna keep tryin. i was wonderin if there is any exercises u recomende that makes th freeze easier.

@freakyshane13 well if thats the case u just might not be on ur back... becuz u will tend to hit ur hips if ur not... :) peace...

do you kick/sweep with your non-kicking leg (ie: going clockwise, left leg) when going back to a re-stab or doing continuous windmills? some tutorials don't mention that, but people say they do. whenever i kick/sweep with that leg, it always ends up bending.
