This process is amazing! I was an in-house dental lab tech in a dental office and my primary experience was in CDs and RPDs. I learned to hand fabricate custom trays, occlusal wax rims, flippers, and perform basic RPD repairs. I now work in a CAD/CAM lab where we create zirconium restorations and FPDs. Seeing that removables can also be digitally designed and milled is so cool. I hope to learn more about this process.
