I don't think those eye chain grab hooks are intended to be welded. The only place were weld penetration occured is where the eye and the hook made physical contact with the surface of the fork holders. There are chain hooks specificially designed to be welded to a mounting surface. If you need eyelets, a d-ring (up to 18,000lb breaking strength) welded to the fork holders would work. Am I wrong?

If you ever wanted to just "sit there", this is the job for you. Video would be worth finishing if they took the time to demonstrate the equipment rather than half assing it.
Considering the number of "disassemble your truck down to individual bits of metal and put it back together in battle robot configuration" changes to handle what should be simple 5 second switches like pintle hook to ball, actually demonstrating it all would take weeks...sort of like actually using it.
There is no way he is going to demonstrate every single attachment in one video, Takes 10-15 minutes just for one demonstration of one set of forks or attachment device, There are videos from miller on these attachments but all in one video is not going to happen without a 2-3 hour video. Go look at their other videos for demonstrations on particular attachments or just sit back and ignorantly judge as if a channel can't have more than one video.
