Dr. Norman Borlog got Nobel Price for "Green Revolution" by introducing High yielding food grain. Dr. Kadar has to get Nobel Prize for "Health Revolution" by introducing right food grain.
Many saints and sages had been on this land. They blessed people with their research and knowledge in different aspects like spiritual health, physical health and many more. So people were aware and naturally healthy by default. But nowadays all problems are starting with nonsense food habits. Luckily he have Dr. Khadar sir. He is doing more than our ancient sages. He is incarnation of god. Very down to earth🙏
I'm 65 Yr(running) old Senior Citizen, vegetarian without onion garlic. I don't consume tea, coffee, cold drinks, tobacco, alcohol etc. After watching his videos & gaining knowledge about Sridhanya Millets, I started using them from 16th Nov'22. I've completely stopped eating Rice,Wheat Flour,Sugar,Sweets etc. since then. I used to be an obese guy but within 8 months lost around 20Kgs of my body weight due to Sridhanya Millets. My other parameters of blood have also became normal range. I sincerely thank Dr.Khadar Valli & request all to take advantage of his knowledge. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳JAI HIND 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Hey it's great to hear that you following millets lifestyle and being vegtarain is awesome, I have also been following the same, but as Dr khadar also promotes dairy free lifestyle, now due to dairy industty involved in cruelty business with cows it would be great for our own health as well as for cows welfare, that we go pure plant based, these dairy farms cows are artificially bred for existence for our milk demand and the male calves are slaughtered at the day 1and the female baby calves are grown adults in just short period by giving them growth hormones and they again are subjected to repeatative cycles of forceful pregnancy by inseryting bulls semen and when these become old soon after 5 yrs are sent to slaughter house.. This whole pain of pregnancy and each time the female calves are also left separted from the mother coz that will drink the milk to sold for humans. Sorry for making it so long, pls considee this and think thrice before having milk or milk products .. Same case for eggs as well. 🙏

Sujata ma'am, thank 🙏🏻🙏🏻 you very much for this extremely informative video. There is so much knowledge in India itself, that a lifetime is also not enough to grasp it. We do eat millets on a regular basis even then don't have the exact information of what good it does to us. I always wait anxiously for your videos. Thank you is too small a word for all the efforts you & your husband take to spread the knowledge. I, as a housewife, will do my best also. 🙏🏻🙏🏻😊
Thanks a ton,Navaz🙏🙏🙏. I suppose that's your name. Your constant encouraging response inspires us to continue our efforts to spread good health and cheer. Warm regards, Sujata from Munch and Mull

I have been diabetic for past 38 years .I followed Millet diet ,as prescribed by Dr. Khadarvali for 3 months but did not get any benefit in my BSL? What could be reason for this ?Why there was no effect of Millets ?Can any body clarify on this ?
Diabetes is a lifestyle complexity. Along with high fibre millet, diet should consist of lots of vegetables. Avoiding refined flour based food,or maida based food is also important. Daily physical activity like brisk walking for atleast 45 minutes. All these together help to bring sugar levels to normal. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
While i truly appreciate your view on millets, i am curious to know if all forms of sweets are not to be consumed? How about jaggery? Ayurved mentions use of sweet for pitta prakruti individuals to balalnce pitta and even vata dosha. Also in one of the question answer session i heard that millets suggested (ambili) for breakfast and then later we can have some other meal say jowar ,ragi etc as i understand.. Please confirm.
This is Sujata from Munch and Mull. In my personal experience, we at home try and include a diversity of grains, vegetables and fruits in our regular diet. Diversity is the key to balanced nutrition. Also a whole grain plant based diet is recommended and organic will do wonders to ones health Apart from millets,we also include brown rice varieties,a variety of legumes and pulses. So moderation is the key to good health. Along with the right diet, a good level of physical activity coupled with a healthy mind are pillars for good health. Regarding sugar versus jaggery, jaggery is better due to its mineral, vitamin content. Any sweet has to be had in moderation Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
Reversing kidney issues involves lot of lifestyle and diet changes. Do consult your doctor when it comes to food changes. Banana stem juice is good for kidney stones and for general kidney health. Consult your doctor before you start using millets. The five positive millets are brown top, barnyard, foxtail, little and kodo millet. You can cook them like rice. One cup millets to three cups water. Soak for atleast three to four hours and pressure cook. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
When having diarrhoea,i would suggest soft kichdi of brown rice or millet flour porridge, like ragi, jowar or bajra flour porridge, with salt, water and buttermilk added. Regards,Sujata from Munch and Mull
Barnyard Millet porridge, Ambali ( fermented) is the best for Digestive issues . Though you need all 5 Siridhanya millets for long term cure. As per Dr. Khadar Vali sir.
Thank u for replying. I'm lactose intolerance can I use buttermilk. Can you please guide me to which millet to use for digestive problems. Thanks in advance.
@@MegaWavesof_888 Milk and butter milk are totally different as butter milk full of probiotics, but butter milk from plastic packet curd , plastic packet milk or hormonal injected cow's milk are almost poison ( white poison). You can only use A2 Or v organic grass frd cow's milk to make butter milk otherwise avoid.
Best to rotate between the five positive millets, rather than sticking to one type. Also include brown rice in your diet. Barnyard, Foxtail, kodo, little, and browntop millets can be used by rotation.😀😀. Regards Sujata from Munch and Mull
