That equipment was definitely left on purpose, Biden made sure the Chinese would get that. Remember Blackhawk going down in Mogadishu, Somalia? The Chinese stripped the helicopter I think in less than a day of all the equipment. That is why Biden chose to leave ours there and it is definitely for more than 10%.
They both should resign or be removed from their positions. Biden won’t do it. These two political cronies were focused on CRT, domestic terrorism, and white supremacy. Clearly you have no military experience.... if he announces that the military is going to destroy the military equipment given to the Afghanistan government... the taliban will probably hold Americans hostage or do harm to them... no need to put our citizens at more risk than they are already in.

So, Mr. Secretary, the airfield is "important" and "you know what happens if you lose that security," then why did you not secure Bagram airfield to facilitate the evacuation before the Isis fighters could be released from prison? This is incompetence at best and complicity with the enemy (also known as treason) at worst.
Lost my Son in Afghanistan, he saved a comrade before he died. Sgt James Treber. I'm not alone and will never forget those who went there to keep them from here.

The reason why we are safe is because of Sgt. James Treber and all who served. My son served in Iraq and Afghanistan and he was able to come home. I took care of a retired Army Col and it was an honor. Anything he wanted me to do was a pleasure. I listened to his stories and we always read the Army Times. We read each Obit together and his heart was always full. He even talked to my son as he was standing guarding a tower in Iraq and he had never had met him, but the two of them spoke to each other as if they had known each other for years. They talked about their fears in war and battle, what made sense and what did not. These men and women who died and returned are the true heros of America. I am sorry for your loss Mr. Treber and I know your heart weighs heavy but your son will always matter because some of us out here really understand what the military truly means and they all deserve our best. I wonder how many of these generals have to feel the fear, feel the loss, not understand why, swallow lies to keep moral up, wonder if they will have a future or not and face death well before their time. I just wonder. May god keep all of them safe.

My family has a very-close friend whom is a retired Army General whom spent time years-ago in Afghanistan...He basically is abhorred at how this administration & it's So-Called military "leader's" handled the whole situation...
Historically, evacuating military leave behind large pieces such as tanks, large trucks personnel carriers that are near their usefulness and shortly would require new parts, etc. Never does the military leave behind sensitive documents and especially SMALL ARMS and ammunition. Small vehicles are stripped or blown up if not in operating condition, some brought home usually as museum items. The Taliban will certainly make use of the small arms, and hopefully not against Americans.
