Holy crap. Happy 31st Graham. I remember when you turned 30 last year. That is around the time I first started watching your videos. They lead me down the youtube algorithm rabbit hole to Jeremy's channels. You guys have made me so much money through inspiration and your many teachings. Thank you so much. I hustle every day and I fucking love it. I have you both to thank for it. SO MANY people in the world celebrate your birthday every day. Hope it was nice
I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein...
@@chris-pj7rk “Grace Shukman Yung ” i's one I'm quite familiar with .. look up her name she's quite known, you would see all you need to know..you could connect with her a message on her webpage
@@jessicamoore3093 Thanks for sharing, just looked up Grace Shukman Yung on google and I'm super impressed with her credentials. I dropped an email on her webpage and hope she replies soon
This is such a soulless house, it's like when you play the sims as a kid and make massive houses and don't know what to do with all the rooms so just end up putting some random furniture in.
This is usual in many unsold houses. You want the buyer to see themselves living there, so if you decorate a lot it might not be the buyer's style and the fantasy won't come. Most of these houses have very neutral furniture in neutral colors precisely because of that. Whoever buys it will likely add more things
You need to react to the third video in the series where he talks about his plans for the house. It's hilarious!! Please upvote so Graham sees this and does the reaction.
Growing up I used to joke that my house would be so big that I would need a golf cart to get from the kitchen to the bathroom.... this guy made it happen
It took Graham getting to the "salon" area before he finally said, "that's impractical!" Dude, 90 percent of the house is impractical in size, scale, and wealth. Lol.
I actually hate this house. It’s so lonely and empty. Most of the walls have nothing on them but even if they did it would be like putting up art in an insane asylum.
Nothing? Excuse me, he has some leather walls! Lol, you're right. Like even the first art room, it's just three red panels. Maybe it's just not done yet but I have a feeling something like this will never be done.
@@TheGrahamStephanShow Nial the developer is going bankrupt... look at michaels 3rd part where they talk about the purpose of the house and he says it in there.
@@mrLuckasman right?... why is everybody imagining guys jerking off together is beyond me... Playboy was for a long time more of a luxury lifestyle magazine more than jerk off material.... has better journalism than most of mainstream media
The saddest thing is that you don’t have to look very hard to see that there are still two tracks. In fact, I would suggest that you can see the tracks even better 3K later.
@@sanahaque2003 It's a house big enough for a fucking community to live in, let alone a large family lol. 50 people comfortably, with some mods for extra bedrooms. All with their own parking space IN A GARAGE. damn.
This house should have had intercoms Or buttons on the walls to push for when say a light was out somewhere, and it would log it in the system for someone to come fix later
@@TabletsandTrees >suggests putting a billion on solving "police violence" Congratulations on wasting more money than 500 million on that gigantic house, you are delusional.
@@TabletsandTrees Nice, now that you've said that I'll take back what I said about the police violence. Putting one billion into police violence is now good.
The way this is designed and set up with all these hallways, secondary steps, floating rooms... I feel like he was inspired by those Minecraft Mansions you see virtual tours of on RU-vid.
_It's CONFIRMED that he hasn't even visited some of the rooms in that mansion, it's so big that you literally need a map in there like a theme park_ 🗺️
Needs several of those digital maps you see in upscale shopping malls where you touch the screen and input where you want to go and it displays how to get there. 😊 Happy Birthday Graham!
@@livewellwitheds6885 Now, the court takes over the house and sell it for $165mil. And guess what, still nobody wants to buy it. Nile must be living his sad life now lol
Am I the only one thinking: "shoot I left my patio shoes in the closet and I'm down in the theater. Thats like a 15 min walk each way. I dont have time for that"
Happy Birthday!! What's the most important thing you've learned in the last year? Other than smashing the like button for the RU-vid algorithm of course!
If you watch the interview with Nile, he says that the house was built for events like PayPerView fights. He even says that it can hold 900 people "COVID safe".
People have said that this house is made to be like a hotel, and that is so true. Millions have gone into making this house a paradise for any guests visiting, and awful for anyone who actually has to live there.
When it comes to forex investment it is the king of the jungle especially when one knows how to trade as for those of us that has no knowledge in trading there are tons of brilliant investors you could invest with that would yield good results
i totally agree with you on this that there are good forex brokers that one can invest with and get back huge returns because ever since I started *investing with Brittni Glazer reluctantly and its unbelievable how my life has changed since then
@@marlenecortez2002 I was always skeptical about having a personal forex broker. Till I got to know about Brittni Glazer from my work colleague, I was paid $13000 on my $1000 investment and now I get to save my monthly salary because of what she pays me weekly.
@@julianberner9978 I and my family have greatly benefited from trading with Brittni Glazer this year, we've moved into our new house which we got the money to acquire it from by investing with her
Watching him talk about his ex was so cringey. He's obviously hurting, but I just felt embarrassed, especially since I've done something similar to that before.
This house is made for someone who needs to be center of attention in the most grandiose of ways. In other words, a narcissists dream. There is literally no practical purpose for this "house" to exist outside of commercial use.
Am I the only one that finds this place just absolutely unnecessary? Like what a waste. The guest house is great. The rest is just ... why? I mean, for the cost of that house he could have build dozens of affordable homes... or a few less affordable homes. Or a park (I mean let’s be honest Cali can use all the trees and fresh oxygen it can get)... it’s like a train wreck. I can’t stop watching but I just can’t understand how someone thinks that’s a smart purchase at all.
Those are too many bedrooms where your wife can have an affair with her personal trainner or the pool boy and you will knever know. Sure it is a place designed by the guy who says he is not with the woman he has a extremely deep and meaninfull conection. The whole house is not a house but a work of a not very brilliant mind with a insanely huge budget. The worse part... a middle east billionsire must be drolling all over it. A wise man just agree with Graham. The guest house is the best part of the house (if you want to live a happy life)
I feel like this something Kyle Jenner would but than invite her entire family to come live there with her so she can start another tv show and make a percentage of the house cost back 😂
Happy birthday Mr. RU-vid King! Can’t wait for the third act of this Epic! So young still can’t wait to see what you will accomplish next by the time you’re 40. Tell Jack, Ramsey, Bailey hi!
everyone is concerned about all the really big ticket items... but I am looking at the $1,500+ blankets on each seat in the movie theater.... lord have mercy
Well this is a house for multibillionaires so in a way a normal person has more in common with a millionaire than a millionaire has with the kind of people which this house is aimed at.
The most expensive home till now is the home of Mukesh Ambani which is located in Mumbai India. It's worth over $2 Billion dollars. Mukesh Ambani is the owner of Jio, Reliance amd many more companies.
