226 g butter at room temperature
Powdered sugar 100 g
1 egg yolk
10 g vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Caramel:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
113 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces
Chocolate Ganache:
100 g chocolate
heavy cream 80 ml
22 minutes at 180 degrees
