A lot of love went into remodeling that home. The bathrooms are beautiful and whoever has them made like that must have had a fun, happy personality. Great taste in decorating too. Beautiful❤️

This is a gorgeous house! Really a crime to tear it down. I saw another “explorer” tour of this mansion first, and while I enjoyed it, I have to say I like your style better. You focus on the features and details that are most interesting to me. New subscriber!

What a gorgeous house. I have realized that if I had 1/3 of the money these houses were worth, I could have 5 houses.

As a current participant in the Habitat for Humanity program I would venture to say that so many of the houses that Noah has gone through have had elements that could easily be repurposed in Habitat homes.

Noah another great work from you as you took your time and we got to imagine what would be like in its hayday. Where to begin this one unique, attention detail. And now we know why it hadn’t been vandalised because it was rented out.thx for showing the pool house and going up the spiral stairs and viewing balcony i would assume allot was added its a party mansion upstairs in multiple rooms, its a party mansion in multiple places downstairs. And a party mansion outside in the pool, in the pool room on the deck holy moly party party they could even party in the Garage i counted 12 inside and ouside spaces including the Garage to hold separate parties. They had enough bathrooms but alas not enough kitchens but bbqs maybe wow this place will be remembered.

Great explore, fascinating house. I love that so many of these old mansions that you explore had definite servant areas, the back stairs led to what would have been servant quarters "Below Stairs", they would have had their own kitchen as the staff would not be allowed to use the main kitchen to fix their own meals.

An astonishingly beautiful mansion love all the painted murals and that central round dome into the ceiling is amazing. I have a feeling I have seen a similar house before if not this same one with more furniture in it. The sun room is gorgeous don't think much of the kitchen I suppose I don't like the dark cabinets. Bathrooms all wonderful. Those were dressing rooms for the pools with the key on the door. Brilliant house I love watching your videos because I can always catch up with what other explorers just whizzed past. Thank you Noah.

Wonder why Canada seems to like tearing down not so old housing to put in denser neighborhoods. Here you have room,in newer developments you can shake hands with your neighbors.

It would be nice if they dismantled saving useable tiles, counters, hardware, etc. instead of just ball n chain wreckage. Has interesting tile, wonder if murals can be saved.

This is a gorgeous mansion, so strange about the falling floor though, makes me wonder if the original building wasn't up to snuff, at least on that part of the house. I grew up in a home that had a bidet, and yes I love the convenience of it. Not commonly seen in the US but it should be!

Good video. The dining room is the least attractive room in this house. It's trite and without imagination. Pale tan, beige, candle sconces, and no doubt there was a chandelier. It doesn't fit the elegance, style and thought put into other areas. After seeing the sun room I know they must have used that area for dining while the "formal" dining room was rarely if ever used. I'm sure a lot of the rooms were never used, only the housekeeper entering every so often. There are other "passing of time" fashion mistakes like pastel rectangular block wall treatment in that bedroom but it was very smart at the time and very expensive. I believe the floor in that room is called Pergo, which was popular at that time (1985-88) and still available. Over The Top fun house.

Thank you for all of these houses that you share. They are all so amazing! The only shower curtain in this house was from JC Penneys. I bought one for a house that I built in 1992!!! Keep doing what you are doing!

It looks like when the addition was put on they didn't reinforce the foundation properly which has led to the house falling. Where the sun room was added onto the back the floor was probably already curved away to repel the rain, but when the sun room addition was put in they could have reinforced it. I heard a rumor that the artist Micheal John Angel owned the house before he moved to Italy, but either way he definitely painted the murals. I love the foyer room, sun room, and indoor hot tub.

It's interesting the artist's name was signed John Angel. In the 1960's, the name Johnny Angel was slang for someone who appeared angelic to adults, but to kids his own age was not so angelic. There's even a song titled 'Johnny Angel', released in 1961 by Shelley Fabares.

Like I've done stuff when the pipes from the jacuzzi came apart it flooded part of the basement but I noticed right away and scooped it all up in a bucket and dumped the water in a toilet one bucket at a time... it wasn't exactly the basement it was like the lower level of an atrium and there was a fountain that wasn't on so maybe it was a water problem from that... omg tweakers and fountains some tweakers get so mad but nobody is talking about them

I have seen sooo many of these video's, that it has become sickening. These pelple have sooo much money they can just abandon these properties. It should b a law they have to maintain and keep these properties up or they should b forced to demish them and clean up the property at their own expense. They have all this kind of money , they should help people ( like homeless ) out. ECT.

I remember seeing this house a few years ago (I think it was Ethan’s video maybe?) Anyway, those sunrooms just blew me away back then and still do. What an absolute shame this house is going to be torn down. It has so much character and elegance to it, I feel it would be worth putting the money to fix. I’m with you, I feel a lot of thought was put into the layout and functionality of this house as well. Definitely a great house for entertaining! Hopefully Habitat For Humanity (or someone who helps people) can come in and take out what is salvageable. In any case Noah, thanks for taking us on the (re) tour with you. I subscribed. I didn’t even realize I wasn’t. 😮 🫶🏻
