This looks fantastic, Fatima! Ek moet jou vertel... On a Friday I have my gardener here and no matter how many times I ask him what he would like for lunch, the response is always the same: "Curry and rice, if you have..." Well, today I followed your recipe to a T and even used freshly-grated garlic, green chillies, ginger and tumeric. (First time I got fresh tumeric from Checkers.) I usually make a big pot of food for him to take home for the weekend. Today I used some brisket I had in the fridge, but otherwise exactly the way you demonstrated. It's hot in Gauteng today and he prefers to enjoy his lunch-break under a lovely old tree that I planted 32 years ago. Just now he returned his plate, sweating profusely and clutching a second bottle of ice water under his arm. "So how was the curry today, J?" I asked. He smiled appreciatively and with great enjoyment: "Today, C, you nailed it!" 🤣🤣❤❤
You are so kind to feed your workers and send them home with a pot of food. May you always be blessed with a good heart, great health and deeper wealth

Hello Fatima love to make flaky roti and curry love to see everyone on the video say hello to oupa and Shelly is doing will with the roti go Shelly 👍👍😋♥️
I weep. I live with my sister who won't eat any spices. Her limits are bay leaves, garlic, parsley, sweet basil and oreganum and that's it. No chillies, curry, curry leaves, pepper, cardamon, ginger, cumin, coriander - no anything. Sometimes I feel desperate. Your curry looks scrumptious.
