i really enjoyed connecting with my body this way i felt a sense of ease and calm❤ thank u. can i ask does tjis exercise produce serotonin and oxyticin in the body?

This was beautiful. I’m NOT a cryer but I am not sure why I cried like a baby the entire time. What changed for me is I now feel like a pansy 😂 but a much lighter one.

Thank you, beautiful! I'm so glad I found you (through pinterest). You remind me of my best friend but we're countries apart. I didn't feel like doing the shoulder to elbow havening at all I think it would only make sense if I could touch my skin instead of my clothes. I'm actually in pain because of sinusitis and it was so interesting that I was connecting to my body even through the pain. My hands led me intuitively to the veins that's causing pain in my temples. I really love that you're flexible and that you encourage intuition. I think this is what I liked most about the experience. Letting go of perfectionism and trusting intuition. Felt a little calmer at the end even though I connected with a body that is in a lot of pain. Your voice is calming, thanks for sharing this exercise!

I also found you through Pinterest. The first time through, it felt really good, but of course my mind did wander. I switched between the hands, face and arms, and found the arms and face to feel best. I tried it a second time, with a tighter shirt, and the arms felt best, I also loved the guidance!

Utterly Blissful grounding very nurturing and I am deeply grateful I’ve managed to get up much earlier to do my self compassion and havening practice daily as I work in a secure unit and it’s made a vast difference to me working through my own long standing traumas etc.Bless your Soul ❤😊❤

Those what if questions were really powerful, wow! I definitely had some big emotions come out and so I would like to do this video again later to see how it feels when I am able to follow along more closely. Your guidance on what to do if your mind wandered came just time :) I came from instagram and I have one request...next time you make a video can you make the audio louder? I had to listen with headphones but I have a feeling the experience is better without. Thank you for this video and this experience. I find your videos really healing.

Thanks so much for your feedback! ❤ It's common to have big emotional releases when we connect with our bodies because our bodies hold so much for us. Definitely do the exercise again, it will likely be a different experience for you each time!

I follow you on TikTok and decided to come to your RU-vid channel. Wow! I was anxious about something that happened and couldn’t settle my mind. Midway through the experience I felt the shift and although the issue is still there it’s not as strong anymore. I feel so much better. Thank you so much for sharing this.
