I will always admire the craft that goes into each track and when Splatoon 2 first came out, its single player soundtrack stood out to me in terms of using music to convey narrative in such a creative way (wish I could say the same about the campaign itself...). Shooting Starfish is one of the tracks that samples and corrupts Callie's vocals, representing her brainwashing by the tentacles of DJ Octavio, and it certainly was quite the challenge to replicate that, as well as its general chaotic feeling, in remix form. But I think I did it justice, so I hope you all enjoy!
