Hello friends, here we are at our monthly appointment with a silent practice. During silent practices, after instructions, I won't talk, but I'll guide you with gestures and clear visual clues.
I started to post silent practice a couple of months ago, for a personal need to reset and reconnect deeply with myself. If you are not comfortable being in absolute silence, you can use some relaxing music background that doesn't distract you from being present and connected with your mind and body. I encourage you all to give it a try and let me know in your comments how it went for you. For me, silent practices are refreshing and regenerating.
For this project, you'll need, mixed media paper or your journal, a pencil for drawing, something circular to trace the circle such as a kitchen bowl, an extra fine black marker, and colored markers (any brand you have available).
