Aw thank you Phoebe!!! I actually said to Dan that I wanted to make this video my best one - so means so much that you said it's your favourite! How good is Tahina!? (Was likely some onion & garlic in there but it was worth it, haha). Can't wait to come back to Melbourne and spend more time there, was way too rushed! Thank you, I'm actually starting to feel quite nervous about opening for orders. Had a weird dream about it last night - ha! It'll be fine though! Lots of love. x

Hey Gemma, this vlog was brilliant! I second Phoebe on it being a favourite of yours so far :) You have such a gentle way with your videos that I love (and I've been especially riddled with anxiety today so watching was lovely calming distraction, so thank you!). I was wondering if you have any practices you implement in the moment when you're having trouble with sleep like you said? (especially with a busy mind, I know that one all too well). My mum always recommends to me taking yourself out of that situation by doing something different for a while whether physically getting out of bed and going somewhere else or doing something different until you feel more settled/ sleepy. It's really tough when you get in that state and you're just lying there getting frustrated! Usually when I have that I'll put on to a podcast or two and hope that I eventually zone out and doze off (which works for the most part even if it takes a while). Apologies for the long message (again)! I hope you are well otherwise!
