I think I liked Kier's better for the first half of the run - the mayor sidequest, ladder boss fight, and bee were all really fun! And I liked Dev's for the second half. The lava parkour with the centipede king chasing you was really intense and harder to cheat, and the centipede gun made the final boss possible. This was such a great video!

Agreed, I'd like to play a version where the two endings are blended together, like maybe they send you to the centipede dimension after beating the ladder boss. I haven't seen many of this channels videos but they seem very creative.

This could actually be cool if they optimized their twists to be more fair or designed for trying to survive hunters, like if dev was doing kier's path, nobody can fight him while he's attempting the ladder boss? Maybe add a few more bosses with unique attacks and ways to kill them and it could be pretty cool to see a second time

My suggestion is to bring in a third party or parties to help level the playing field. Eg Boosfer (or someone) plays through both games but is not told who made which. He then leaves instructions for changes to the games to balance them with each other. Then he writes the hint books for both.

Dev: Constantly says that Kier is a scum bag due to him making puzzles. Also Dev: Puts Centipedes in Kier's adventure, makes him go through horror and constant grinding and even breaks some of the puzzles.

You know what? This is actually a pretty cool concept. You should do more of these "speedrunner races" and alternate ways to beat the game. You should also do it with more people like Boosfer and YelloWool. Thanks KIER and DEV for posting a new video, keep up the good work, and Merry Early Christmas! For the twists: I like kier’s idea (im a computer science major so I might be bias lol) but it felt creative and new. Also the builds were beautiful. Dev’s parkour race was so intense it was so much fun to watch. You both did great and had creative ideas

What if the hunter creates their way to beat the game, and the speedrunner adds their own twist. The speedrunner is given a book of hints and the hunter doesn't know the twist.
