I don't think the vanilla crafter affects the value of modded autocrafting. The vanilla crafter is explicitly designed to be a puzzle to set up, so folks who want the convenience of modded autocrafting will still prefer the RF-powered machine that doesn't require a whole complicated redstone infrastructure.

That has to be the fastest I've ever seen someone find a mansion. I personally only just found my very first one last month. Still afraid to go in it. Also, the brightness issue might be a problem with your monitor. I've noticed that IPS screens tend to crunch everything below like {16,16,16} into a uniform black void for some reason. You'd think the colorspace would compensate for it, at least, but nope. Really sucks for playing games with a lot of dark spaces, since they usually only let you adjust the midrange gamma.
