The first song that played when he quieted up and couldn't recognize it, was actually Totaka's song. It's a short song inserted as an Easter egg into a variety of Nintendo games composed by (or worked on by) Kazumi Totaka. Last level's song is the Chai Kingdom from Super Mario Land.
