I love how you make tutorials not only easy to follow but fun to watch, thank you. I recently started a new HC world and want to try a stackable 1.18 sugarcane farm, could you give us your build idea for this? :)
I really like your minimalist designs. It allows me to know what the barebones are and then I can decorate how I want and when I have the resources. 11/10 videos
With villager despawning issues, this design needs to be modified to become chunk aligned. Villagers crossing chunk lines as chunks are unloaded is the glitch. Hopper-minecarts can be pushed into dirt blocks, so it becomes advisable to use some form of impassable block like stone or wood to immobilized the hopper minecart. Glass doesn't work for this either. Tracks NEED to go ACROSS the opening in the fence. You can place a temporary piece of track to correctly align your minecart. Otherwise, the villagers can push the minecart off center and break the collection system. Villagers can link to barrels, so trade-lock your farmers or use chest/shulkerbox instead. Bedrock player, so your experience may differ in Java edition.
I did not know carves pumpkins had a light level I thought that was only jack-o’-lanterns hence you combine a carved pumpkin with a torch to create light
checked all my crops and if you have diffrent outputs like me, i have 2 farms per layer one with carrots the other with potatoes sometimes the food from one side and overshoot and get into the output on the other side, im in 1.19.4, still a great and reliable farm though
Build this farm today, it worked fine. Got half a double chest full of carrots but after that nothing.. even if I stay near the farm I don’t get carrots anymore Anyone know what the problem is?
Love ur farms chappy! I did the iron farm 2 pods. And also, if the zombie is focused on the player, are the villagers not gonna make the golems? Cus the iron production is sometimes slow
You should see a golem every 35-40 seconds spawning. 1) Make sure the villagers are not bouncing like crazy, (i talk about this later in the vid) 2) make sure ALL including the middle guy gets to sleep 3) No Other Iron Golems are wandering around within 16 BLOCKS of the Villagers... If a golem is within 16 blocks they will not spawn another one. ----------------------------------------- The easiest way to upgrade and increase rates would be to change the spawning platforms to PORTALS and send them to a lava pit in the nether. ooorr Change the flow of the water... Instead of pushing the golems towards the inside, it will push them out 1 extra block away from the opposite villagers
Edit: its also not rare but also not often that you will see 2 golems at once! you should see the platforms almost alternating golem spawns and every now and then see a double golem spawn... and even a double golem 2 or 3 times in a row... 3 times in a row is RARE tho, really rare unless you push the platforms 16 blocks away from the OPPOSITE Villagers
@@Chapman_Farms omg!! U replied!! TWICE lol. Yea i think i know where i went wrong. When i was making the 2nd pod, i counted the no. of blocks away from the zombie wrong. Thanks a bunch man!!
I’m a very basic player of Minecraft and most of the popular tubers are way too fast for me to try and follow. I like how you present your vids.. give us vanilla types a chance to follow.. I assume you need a silk touch tool for the craving of the pumpkin? Just subed you 👍
@Chapman Farms So, ur compact & starter friendly iron farm can be done cheaper and much accessible, by just raising the villager spot by 2 blks and making a single spawn block 2~3 blks above ground
Bro I love u r build omg its crazy it works like something and I would like to know u r texture pack I searched a lot in internet but couldn't find the one u use
Hey Chapman, i dont get it i have done avrything the same just added some bees into it and closed it off. The villager is farming the carrots but he is not giving them to the other one? What do i do wrong. Im on a bedrock/java server. Some farms work and others dont.
I figured it out, i put my sound up and i heared he was still using the composter i placed it on the roof of the collecter and now its workin. Jist to make it look nice i put the collector villagir in the middle of the farm and in a circle. Thankyouu for this nice farm.
It can. Seed-lock your wheat farmer with 8 stacks of seeds and fully plant the field yourself before releasing the farmer into the field. Also, DON'T allow the wheat farmer to have access to composter or excess seeds will be composted until he can pick up the wheat and then make bread. Then bread is all you would get from that farmer. Downside of this is that you need a powered rail collection system underneath the entire crop field...or you manually collect the drops. I treat beetroot the same way as over time, beetroot farmers will seed-lock themselves and become unable to collect the harvest.
@@Butterflyheart777 yeah I know i said these farms never breaks but it didn't work for me too don't know why but the farmer isn't throwing anything toward the caged villager
