This was done in vanilla Minecraft version 1.20.4 without any mods or resource packs. This is also a set seed speedrun. Please do not take this speedrun seriously, as it is simply a joke.
Also, I do not plan on doing this speedrun again.

Nah cuz it needs to be a machine to indefinetly work, doing this would be faster in theory but wouldn‘t work since it requires you to be there. Instead making a redstone piston do it for you will make it a faster and consistant result. (Why did i write this..)

@agentp.1691 The community didn't get to playtest the phantoms. Most people voted for them because they looked cool and edgy and scary on paper. It's on the devs for keeping it complete trash despite playtesting it (or so I assume they did, they probably didn't).

I think you could really simplify the Redstone clock. Just a loop of a repeater set to 3 ticks into a block with a Redstone torch, then run the signal from the torch back into the repeater as well as the piston. That way you don't need the second repeater, so you don't need to smelt stone

If you look closer, the rod gets stuck in the sheep without being attached to the piston. This means that the sheep’s tail muscle is strong enough to hold the rod

Actually, you can make a redstone clock using 1 redstone repeater, 1 redstone torch and 1 redstone and 3 solid blocks.And I think this clock is much faster
