Mine by default isnt making any weapon or armor sounds and when i use mod menu to edit it i dont see anything that would enable it. Does anyone know where this setting would be?

for sum reason i put it in the mods folder with optifine but it doesn't even register the mod do u know a fix for it?

you have to download forge for it to work. its not gonna work with optifine. this is the case with most mods

i know this is 6 months ago but you can run optifine with forge and also with things like paper. hope this helped even if its a really late reply

Same, i tried redownloading the mod a lot of times, and only changes i see is (footprints, birds, water, breath, and birds) thats it the foot step sounds are normal

Also, the footprints only work on soft blocks like dirt,gravel or sand etc
