Those two big red PP capacitors, are they on the output stage. Consider replacing with quieter more detailed paper in oils (huge difference on a high end audio amplifier).

Thank you for showing how to carefully tear down the 7000 and the overview of the circuity. I am curious will your modification just plug in series between the coil and the black receiver module? Or do you intend to bypass the black module with your own receiver module which seems like a really difficult task? Have a great day, Chet

Congratulations on your work, very interesting. In the GPZ there is some failure in sensitivity or in its circuits due to the years of use.? I would advise updating your software that comes from the factory.?
