Mini Butterscotch Tartlets 

These Mini Butterscotch Tartlets are deliciously decadent little treats that are perfect for an afternoon tea party, special occasion or the Holidays. They combine Mini Tartlet Shells made in a muffin pan with a homemade Salted Butterscotch Sauce filling.

Ingredients
Shortcrust Pastry:
250 gr Plain / All-Purpose Flour
50 gr Icing Sugar
1 pinch Salt
120 gr Unsalted Butter - very cold, cubed
1 large Egg
Butterscotch Filling:
250 gr Brown Sugar
90 gr Unsalted Butter
120 ml Thickened / Heavy Cream - warm
1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
