No whipped cream is not necessarily made this way. Creme chantilly is 10% icing sugar

No this is suppose to have marscapone cheese added to it. Whip cream is usually cream and sugar.

You can store in the fridge for up to a day but then it needs to be baked :)

I watched because i was wondering if i needed to pre-cook the asparagus-- you didn't, does it soften enough? I don't want stringy/tough asparagus in the quiche, company is coming!

Hi, to what stage did you beat the whipped cream? It looks like soft peaks but I wanted to see if you might have an answer while I’m waiting for my custard to chill in the fridge, haha. Thanks for sharing, this looks really good!

It would be medium peaks :) You've got the gelatine to help the cream stay stable so no need to whip the cream to stiff peaks :)

@@ikouchan1602 she used 1.5 tsp of gelatin and 1tbs of water. You can multiply the recipe if you want a large amount of custard.

Do we use top heat or bottom heat or both while cooking these in oven? I have a top broiler and only cooking with bottom heat burns the underside of cookies
